Reminder Services
Productive stickers reminding your late payers that your past-due accounts are collected by an approved agency of the National Association of Credit Management, are furnished to members at no charge.
Free Demand Service
Using the Final Demand Service, any payment received within 10 calendar days from the date the notice is sent will not be subject to collection commissions. Any balance remaining after the 10 day demand period will be subject to normal collection procedures and commissions.
Personal Collection Procedures
NACM Southeast provides personal handling of all claims by competent, bonded professionals who use aggressive, yet tactful methods to collect your money. Regular reporting procedures are in place to ensure that you are advised of our progress.
Legal Forwarding Service
Normal procedures include the forwarding of uncollected claims to bonded, commercial attorneys nearest to the debtor locations, if necessary. Legal action is not instituted and no expense is incurred without your specific authorization and instruction.
